Search for new CEO, after small business council chief resigns (Source: Tony Featherstone, The Brisbane Times)

The Council of Small Business of Australia (COSBOA) has started searching for a new chief executive after Jaye Radisich’s shock resignation today.

MySmallBusiness understands COSBOA unsuccessfully approached two business leaders last week to consider the role. Further discussions are continuing with another candidate.

Radisich resigned 10 days ago, her departure becoming public today. The former Western Australian Labor politician is issuing a statement this afternoon, and will leave COSBOA in a week.
